Summary: What a great hotel and Xiamen is a hidden jewel in China, which is probably why it is becoming such a popular place for Chinese people to have a holiday. Everything is 5 star and half the price of UK 5 star hotels. The restaurants in Xiamen are also excellent and certainly if you like seafood.
