The house with 2 separate holiday apartments is located directly on the Useriner See, on a completely fenced water plot of approx. 4,000 sqm. The jetty belonging to the house can be used for fishing, boating and swimming. A rowing boat and a pedal boat are also available. The Useriner See is also an ideal starting point for extensive paddling tours. Numerous forest lakes are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached via canals. The two identical, approx. 100 sqm apartments are spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor are the large living room (leather couch, flat-screen TV) and the kitchen (dining area, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher). On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower / toilet. Apartment 2 also has a guest toilet on the ground floor and a washing machine in the bathroom. The apartments are centrally heated and have insect screens on the windows. Furthermore, there are parking spaces, bicycle storage facilities, additional seating and lying areas on the property, barbecue, free WiFi, cot, high chair, a rowing boat and pedal boat. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs, bed linen and towels. Pets are allowed in this property (10 EUR / animal and stay on site). Max. 2 animals per apartment.
