This thoughtfully designed villa is ideal for out-of-town family reunions, small team retreats, or intimate celebrations like elopements and milestone birthdays. With a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and plenty of space to gather and relax, it feels like your own private boutique hotel—just minutes from the beach and all that the Bay Area has to offer.

As you enter, you’ll be asked to remove your shoes—something we do to keep the home tidy for all our guests.

•Max 4 vehicles per reservation (ask us about overflow options)
•Only the number of guests listed may stay overnight
•All local visitors must be pre-approved
•A signed pool waiver and good neighbor agreement is required before check-in
Pool Safety:
•No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk
•Children must be actively supervised on the pool deck
•No food, glass, diving, or rough play in or around the pool
Exterior security cameras are in place at entry points and pool area for your safety and peace of mind.
