Our rental process is now largely automated! If you have any questions or encounter difficulties during check-in, we are available by phone from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We also provide phone support after 10:00 PM, but please be aware that there may be slightly longer waiting times.
In the event of any issues during check-in, our emergency service can quickly address and resolve them.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a variety of restaurants, with Hirschhof and its exclusive restaurants and bars being an ideal option for a delightful evening. It is located directly at the back of the house. If you appreciate the benefits of a self-prepared meal, you will find everything you need for your own candlelight dinner at Rewe City – just a 2-minute walk away. Also in close proximity are the marketplace, Karlsruhe Castle, and numerous other attractions that create an authentic city center ambiance.
Our accommodation is situated on a quiet side street in the heart of the city center. Please note that in the rear part of the house, it may be a bit louder due to the adjacent Hirschhof.
The apartment is located on the Groundfloor and is available for bookings 24/7, even late at night. Our short-term rental is based on automated processes. Check-in is contactless and can be done late into the night through a key box – please use this key box for check-out as well.
Due to the central location of the house in the city center, unfortunately, only residents are allowed to park on Akademiestraße. We would be happy to provide you with recommendations on the best places to park your car!
This Simplex Apartment is a modern new construction from 2021 and is located only about 1 minute on foot from Europaplatz. Rewe City, Europaplatz stop, Postgalerie, and Hirschhof are in close proximity – experience the heart of the city.
In the kitchen, you will find all utensils you need for your stay. Note that there is no microwave, but our oven is available as an alternative. Non-perishable items are not discarded after use, as fresh products deserve not to be immediately disposed of!
The apartment is equipped with a comfortable bed (160m x 200m), a table with two chairs, a wardrobe, a closet, and a fully equipped kitchen. If you need additional bedding, pillows, towels, or similar, we are happy to provide it to you at short notice.
Do you want to arrive with up to 3 people? With our flexible sofa bed, your stay can accommodate up to 3 people!
With our 100Mbit internet connection, you can easily watch Netflix, conduct video calls, or work.
The offer includes towels, bath towels, shower gel, and pleasant underfloor heating. Our goal is to make you feel at home while cooking, showering, and sleeping.
Upon request, we are happy to provide you with utensils between 11:00 and 17:00, in case something is missing!
Thanks to our extremely central location, you are perfectly connected to all places. Europaplatz serves as the main hub for buses and trains in the city center. From there, you can easily reach all destinations in and around Karlsruhe. The connection by car is also easily achievable.
The travel times to the main locations are as follows:
- To the main train station: approx. 9 minutes by train
- To Europaplatz: approx. 2 minutes on foot

In the backyard, you will find the restaurant "87Mamma Lina." Please note that we have no control over the noise level of the restaurant and the Hirschhof. The restaurant is open on weekends from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM and on weekdays until 12:00 AM. We hope for your understanding if it gets a bit louder occasionally.
