If you are looking for a centrally located place to stay while you are in beautiful sunny Kingston, then Smack In Da Middle is where you need to be! Located close to public transportation access, gas stations, a local grocery store, restaurants, local market and shopping centers all 15 mins some 5 mins away. We are conveniently located off the constant spring main road.
We are 20 mins away from Bob Marley museum and 10 mins away from Half Way Tree. The complex is gated, quiet & quaint.

The space
There are 2 beds in the unit; a king bed, and a futon that sleeps 1 in the living room. There is an AC in the bedroom only and a ceiling fan in the living room , a refrigerator and electric stove with modern appliances such as a toaster, and coffee maker completes the kitchen which also has the necessary utensils and cutlery. ....and yes of course there is a water heater in the bathroom!

Please note that there are penalty fees charged for the following:
1. Leaving either of these on: heater, lights, fans and AC post check out $30USD
2. Damaged or misplaced towels or linen $20-$50.
We offer the following services at an additional cost:
1. Airport pick up and drop off for $70 round trip or $40 one way.
2. **Early Check in/Late Check out (3 hours Max) $30 (this is NOT always available and queries must be made prior to booking)
3. We can "coordinate" tour/sight seeing itineraries island-wide.
4. House keeping includes, light cooking, washing and cleaning $40
5. WASH TOKENS
Please request tokens on advance as they are not readily available. They must be booked. $150JMD each.
6. Please note we provide tissue and shower gel for your check-in only. Replacing or replenishing these are your responsibility.
You are provided with 2 sets of towels and rags for each occupant.
For your added convenience, there is a local prepaid smart phone available for rental. $30USD while you are booked. This phone is covered under the security deposit. Please note that if you lose or break it...you have bought it! Simply make a request for it when you book. You can request minutes to be added in the flowing denominations 500JMD and 1000JMD for an additional cost. You are able to purchase a data plan and talk with these amounts. You can purchase additional minutes at any convenience store, pharmacy, pet mart or super market as well as online using the Digicel website.
