Recharge your batteries and take in the mountain panorama of the Lechtal and Allgäu Alps as a balm! The Lechtal hiking trail passes right outside our front door and invites you to numerous hikes across the Lechtal Reutte nature park region to the castles of Füssen. In winter, you strap on your skis on our doorstep and drive directly to the 200m distant ski lift, which brings you to the snow-sure family ski area with 5 km of slopes on the Jöchelspitze! The proximity to the ski areas of the Ski Arlberg, Austria's largest interconnected ski area, makes winter sports perfect even for the most demanding skiers. Of course, you can also reach this with the ski bus. Directly at the lift station you turn into the Lechtaler Hexenkessel, where you will be spoiled with typical regional specialties! Our three apartments Alpfee, Alpherz and Alpsonne tune you to a feel-good atmosphere! The name is the program here - let yourself be surprised by our concept! We have fulfilled our dream here and would like to share with you, to enjoy this beautiful spot with us! We have furnished our apartments comfortable and high quality with great attention to detail. You, they will feel good immediately.

Our apartments are designed in modern Alpchaletcharakter. Old wood design meets tasteful vintage style furnishings. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. When entering our modern apartment, a tasteful kitchen awaits you, which is really intended for cooking. Dishwasher, fridge freezer, 4 zones ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, stainless steel pots, plenty of dishes, cutlery and everything that is needed. The sun-drenched living and dining area, especially appreciated by our guests, is not only suitable for meals with the cozy dining area. Your cuddling area (sofa) and the flatscreen TV invite you to linger. From here you reach the sunny balcony. The tasteful and cozy master bedroom with double bed and another flatscreen is particularly atmospheric. The second bedroom with 2 single beds invites you to sleep and linger. After opening the electric blinds, you can pamper your eyes with the sun. The small, but very fine, modern bathroom is barrier-free. With under-sink, walk-in shower, towel warmer. Enjoy the dream view from the balcony with comfortable seating. The sunny south-facing location invites you to linger and enjoy the sunny side of the Lech Valley with a good cup of coffee. In addition to W-Lan and satellite TV include bed linen, hand and bath towels, hair dryer, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap and dishwasher tabs. Directly at the house you will find the parking lot. You can store your ski and ski boot in our ski room with a ski boot dryer. Upon request, we can provide you with one of our cots and high chairs, as well as all the utensils for a pleasant family holiday, where nothing should be missing.
The final cleaning of 60, - Euro and the tourism fee of 1.30 Euro / day (except children under 15 years) are payable locally.
