THE AREA: You are in walking distance to East Beach, restaurants, coffee shops, COVA brewery, salons, and more. A short <10 minute drive from the Ocean View Pier, a 30 minute drive from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, and a 50 minute drive from Williamsburg or Sandbridge Beach/Backbay Wildlife Refuge.
ARRIVAL: Park up to 4 cars or 2 RVS in two 40 foot driveways. Let your pets run in the large fenced in backyard or make your way up to the first of four balconies. Enter through French doors into your luxurious getaway.
MAIN FLOOR: The welcoming foyer has a console for keys and necessities and a closet with beach chairs. Enter the main bedroom on the right to find a king bed, wall mounted TV, large dresser, recessed lighting with fan, and a walkout balcony. The extra large main bathroom has a multi person shower, 80 inch double sink and 90 gallon soaker tub for you to melt into.
Another full guest bath downstairs rests between a queen room with reading chair and desk, and another room with two queens and large walk in closet.
3RD FLOOR: Up the decorated stairwell, you'll walk into an open family space with recessed lighting throughout. Two couches and a bench surround a coffee table, wall mounted TV and record player. Bring your collection to enjoy!
French doors next to the family room open to a house-wide ocean view balcony for enjoying your morning coffee or playing corn hole in the coastal breeze. Barbecue on the charcoal grill and dine al fresco if you please. Fans on the overhang will keep you cool as needed.
The interior wood dining set has ample seating and 3 more chairs at the peninsula counter. The kitchen has everything your family needs to cook your favorite meals like you are at home. Better yet, you can hire our private chef to prepare meals for you! Gas range, large refrigerator, ample counter space, and all the basics and more are available to you. We keep a cabinet empty for you to stock your own groceries as well.
Next to the kitchen is a stocked laundry room, pet feeding space, and a children's play area with a few family games to use to enhance your coastal experience! The back porch also has a conversation set in full sun if that’s what you’d prefer.
As the evening sets in, there is also a fire-pit for conversation and s’mores after building sandcastles, basking in the sun, and watching the sunset at the beach. This residence provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment, making it the perfect retreat when you’re not savoring the beautiful beaches in the area.
