Walk down the driveway and across the road and you are right on the waterfront. Either take a stroll down the new boardwalk to Norman Point or Crab Creek or just sit and enjoy the view! There is also access from the rear of the complex to Snapper Creek and the Marina.
There is so much on offer within walking distance for you to enjoy, Marina Bar and Grill, Yacht Club, Barnacles Cafe/Dolphin Feeding, Lee's Fishing Co for your fresh seafood, Snack Shack for the best fish and chips in town. Or just take a walk and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets over the water.
The 2 storey townhouse offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with additional powder room downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a large ensuite including a corner spa bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Main bathroom is located upstairs with separate bath and shower.
Laundry downstairs includes a washing machine and dryer and there is also a separate powder room. Access to the double lock up garage via the laundry.
There is fully ducted air conditioning to make your stay comfortable all year round.
Tin Can Bay has much to offer! Choose a quiet relaxing holiday with a good book and an easy stroll along the Esplanade to enjoy the water views. Bring the kids as they will enjoy the paths with their scooters and bikes. There is also a skateboard bowl and playground on the foreshore. Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the tinny or you can hire a boat if you wish to go out and catch some fish or mud crabs.
Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Rainbow Beach so bring the surfboards and boogie boards. Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming beach. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at double island point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available.
