6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 3 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property. There is space for 1 small car in the carport.
