Located in East Hampton Springs - just 5 miles to the towns of East Hampton & Amagansett and 25 minutes to Montauk.

Private den with a door, offers flexibility for families and allows for a quiet work from home space. State of the art gas grill is a BBQ lovers dream come true! Kitchen fully stocked with pots, dishes and utensils. The pool area is incredible (closed in off season winter w/ safety cover) and the landscaping speaks for itself. The house comes with an indoor/ outdoor Sonos sound system, upgraded WiFi system and well designed outdoor lighting. The modern outdoor furniture offers guests a sofa lounge area, 6 lounge chairs, a hammock and plenty of umbrellas. This home offers plenty of play space for families and is fully fenced in. The property includes a swing set, basketball hoop, and 3 adult bikes. This is place is vacation lovers paradise in the summer and offers a private year round retreat for families and couples.
House comes with access to Clearwater Beach, which is private gated bay beach. Clearwater offers MAGNIFICENT sunsets, beautiful quiet beach days, a family friendly play space (swing set, bocci court), wonderful seashells and a covered area for picnics. This hidden gem is AMAZING!
Guests without pets preferred. Absolutely no cats (allergies sorry!) and we can only accept hypo-allergic dogs.
