Multi-level layout (plus basement) includes a media room with a flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms on first and second levels and master suite on top level with its own rooftop deck and ocean view. Loads of lawn and shade, with outdoor shower, a 20' x 50' gunnite pool and patio, hammock, outdoor ping pong and room for more playing or relaxation. House always kept in tip top shape by great landlords.
