Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Good location. Close to the broadway above the beach but also within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Miraflores. Nice roof terrace with shade and a big table to sit down - especially helpful since indoor common areas get crowded quickly. Kitchen is equipped with the necessary basics (cettle, pots, pans, cuttlery, chopping board) but not much more and very small. The room was comfy and had a nice bed & the house is very quiet at night :)

Negative: Overall the whole place could be a bit cleaner. It's not disgustingly dirty and everyone has their own level of cleanliness they find comfortable but to me it felt a bit "unattended to". Upon arrivel they suggested to accomodate us in another house, because we arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet. But the other house was dark, damp and on a noisy intersection so we objected and decided to wait until our room was ready. I'm sure this happend with the well-meant intention to accomodate us as quickly as possible but for us it was a bit annoying to go through a lot of back and forth and not really knowing which room we'll be in at the end - so just make sure to communicate what exactly you want upon arrival than you should be fine.
