It houses three lovingly and high-quality studio apartments. (70/80/90 m²) Each is equipped with a balcony on which smokers are also given refuge. The house also offers a washing and drying room, a lockable bicycle storage room and free WiFi. Sufficient parking spaces are available at the house.
