This State of the art apartment is situated in the Paddington neighborhood of downtown Sydney. With design by Nina Maya Interiors in collaboration with local suppliers, this contemporary masterwork offers an experience of this Australian metropolis while placing you within minutes of its most iconic attractions. The apartment features an outdoor lounge and spacious interior living areas, appointed with features for cooking and entertainment. Three bedroom suites (two with king beds and one with a queen) accommodate families and groups of friends, up to six in size.
The architecture of the Contemporary House features open-concept layouts on both floors and abundant natural light. A wide vanishing wall opens between the interior living areas and the courtyard lounge, creating an expansive indoor/outdoor space for gatherings or relaxation. Sip Australian wine in the lounge, or kindle a fire on cool evenings and relax with your favorite TV shows. Prepare delicious meals at the barbecue grill or in the fully equipped kitchen, and dine together around the table for six.
The kitchen is like a work of fine art unto itself, with a stove and island bar made of green marble. The home is equipped with security, electronic media, and smart home features, including Apple TV and Alexa voice control, and features air conditioning and underfloor heating.
