The space
With sleek modern furnishings, neutral colour palette, and natural inspired décor, this beautiful home has been featured in Australian House & Garden magazine as the perfect luxury escape.
Each of the six generous bedrooms has its own private outdoor retreat as well as its own designer ensuite bathroom, offering perfect privacy for every guest. The rooms are designed to be adapted and can perfectly suit an all-adult group or retreat as well as a family group with children. Kasa Byron can comfortably accommodate 12-14 people (though we automatically cap the reservation at 10 adults—please enquire for approval if your group has more than this).
Enjoy the luxurious ambience of the open plan dining and living area, and feel the sunshine stream in through the wall of sliding glass doors—seamlessly expanding your living area to include the beautiful back garden and al fresco patio. The designer kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring exquisite Brazilian marble, Miele/Fisher & Paykel appliances, two deluxe refrigerators, and all the quality cooking appliances you could possibly need.
The Amenities
Sun and sea worshippers will fall in love with the outdoor area and its restful modern minimalist landscape. Restore tired muscles in the infra-red sauna then swim a few leisurely lengths in the mineral pool (heated for colder months). Relax in a deck-chair with that bestseller you've been meaning to read and catch some rays with a refreshing glass or two of something delicious. Later head to the bright white sands of Tallows beach and drink in the shimmering allure of the Pacific Ocean, located just a few minutes stroll from the back gate.
A separate media room (adjacent to the main living areas) offers essential down time after a long day in the sun.

The Location Kasa Byron is ideally positioned in the beautiful beachside town of Suffolk Park, with beautiful local cafes and shops at your doorstep. Enjoy quiet beach walks, cycle to the local shops and cafes, or take the short 10-minute drive to all the action in Byron Bay, knowing your secluded oasis is waiting for you after all the hustle of town.
Retreat Bookings
We love accommodating retreats and have hosted groups for wellness, yoga, health, surf, and corporate. All bedrooms have ensuites and can accommodate 2 people per room (in separate beds). In two rooms this is a King plus single, and in the other four rooms, it’s two long singles. Our back deck is easily transformed to a yoga practice area. Please reach out with any questions. Bedroom configuration Our maximum is 14 guests (capped at 10 adults- please contact us for pre-approval if you have more than this).
