Each 4-bedroom condo is designed for maximum privacy. With only two residences per floor, each condo is a corner unit with north or south-facing views. Taxi service is reliable along Seven Mile Beach but can run expensive if you are the exploring type. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. A rental car is recommended if you plan on venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach. For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls. Guests will receive a special promo code after booking for 20% off a rental car at Budget Cayman.
*** CLEANING & SANITATION ***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
*** BEACH NOTES ***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.
