The living room space is equal parts experimental and cosy; truly evocative in design of the area the home is located in: St Katherine's & WappingThis apartment has been renovated with a very exciting new look, including bare, industrial brick walls paired with eclectic decor and deep blue walls. You'll feel both cosy and trendy in this space. The living room area is equipped with a flatscreen TV, large L-shaped sofa, rugs, and ample lighting options. There is a dining area directly behind the living room area that accommodates four people, while being directly adjacent to the kitchen, giving you seamless access to a variety of dining and relaxing options throughout the day. There are two bedrooms, each beautifully renovated to be equal parts trendy and inviting, while offering two double-beds that allow 4 guests to stay in the home. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a stunning tiled design and both showering and bathing facilities. The apartment also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The ceiling height windows make the apartment flooded with natural light and offer amazing views. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We'll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
