Walking distance to the Marina and the bay. There is a walking path all the way from the Yacht Club at Norman Point to the boat ramp at Crab Creek. So make sure the kids bring their bikes or scooters. There is a great playground with bbq areas and the Esplanade has different picnic tables and seats scattered all the way along, some of which are covered. There are many spots along the esplanade that you can sit and enjoy the view.
This quaint house has a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher sorry), separate dining area. Lounge has clean and comfortable sofas with a big screen television and stereo system.
Bathroom has walk in shower but no bath. Separate toilet with basin.
Laundry offers a washing machine only and there is a full size clothes line in the backyard.
Main bedroom offers Queen Size Bed.
Second bedroom includes bunks configured with double bed below and single bed on the top.
Third smaller bedroom is also an access to the second bedroom and doesn't have complete privacy from the second bedroom. It accommodates a single bed.
Whilst the home doesn't offer air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fines and high ceilings keep the house cool in summer.
Covered enclosed decks to the front and back of the house so you can enjoy the breezes from any direction throughout the day.
Covered carparking is available with two carports.
Tin Can Bay is popular for its fishing and this house offers plenty of off street parking should you bring your small boat or tinnie along.
Being so close to the Marina you can bring your bigger boat and leave it moored at the Marina which is then only a walk to access.
