The expansive 2,500 square foot stunning imported marble pool patio has beautiful ancient fossil inclusions, cool to the touch even on the hottest days, welcoming for lounging and relaxing in a beautiful and serene environment. A recently renovated open-plan kitchen with high end finishes and LG appliances, the interiors feature 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a two-sided fireplace visible from the kitchen, dining, sitting area and living room. The master bedroom has a 3'x3' remote controlled skylight and en-suite spa-like bath with radiant heated marble floor and 6 shower-heads. Energy efficient solar panels which reduce the carbon footprint on a 50 year roof, and a whole house automatic generator powers everything in case of a power outage. The pool offers resort quality amenities including 42-ft sun-bench with angled backrest, 104-degree massaging back jets, automatic pool cover and LED lights with 10 different colors! Off season, glimpses of Gardiners Bay are an inspiring backdrop.
