The natural light just pours into this cheerful, four-level home in South Londonderry, a wonderful home base for your winter ski adventures and summer explorations alike. On this tree-lined piece of property, you'll find plenty of space to soak up the sunshine outside on the grass all summer and sled down the hill when the winter snow starts to fall.
The main living area is on the second level, where wood floors, wood-beamed ceilings, and large windows create an inviting scene with views of the surrounding trees. To one side of this floor are two living rooms, each with access to the back deck - one more formal living room with a wood-burning fireplace and another more casual room with a foosball table, a sectional sofa, and a flatscreen TV. To the other side is the full kitchen, surrounded by windows, equipped with every necessary appliance, and adjacent to a long dining room table.
At night, you'll find six bedrooms spread out across three different floors. The primary, window-lined bedroom, with an en suite bathroom, is on the third floor, as are two other bedrooms and the washer/dryer. There are two more bedrooms on the fourth floor and a great kids' room on the bottom floor.
