The house is at the village edge at sunny position with view on mountains. The vicinity to the line of the nostalgic Centovalli train is not disturbing because this train pulls there only slowly and consists of only 1-2 vehicles. Garden seat with pergola and stone table, as well as meadow for private use. Driveway to house, reserved parking place. Train station ca. 200 ms. Shop, bath on the river ca. 1.5 km.
