Peace and quiet abound within driving distance to many of Southern California's sights. Ojai, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Hollywood, Universal Studios & our nearest attraction Magic Mountain. PRICE INCLUDES 6% local county tax. Mutual respect is key for us.
Our little cabin is suitable for TWO (2) people only. Although we allow pets the maximum is ONE (1) pet. If you bring your pet please don't leave them locked all day in this unit.
There is parking directly across the street that is safe.
You are welcome to use our address for deliveries, we will text you if something is left on our doorstep or mailbox.

We all live on a septic system for all water drainage, please be careful about what goes down the sink and toilet. We have provided septic friendly tissue for your convenience.
For longer term visitors, the trash cans are in your driveway. Trash pick up is every Wednesday.
