The housing unit, completely fenced, has surrounding land for 3,000 square meters, including 200 square meters of equipped garden. The kitchen was completely renovated in August 2018. Villa del Pescatore is six km from Vasto Alta, five km from the center of Vasto Marina, 3 km from the Port of Punta Penna and 8 km from the enchanting "Nature Reserve of Punta d'Erce". At 5 km, there are the Aqualand del Vasto water park and the sports facilities of the Tennis Club; more restaurants within a radius of 1/6 km. Beautiful beaches of fine sand along the surrounding coast. Within 2 km, more wooden "Trabocchi" with restaurants. Typical fish cuisine.

Summary: On arrival the parking is not private or on the property, access is through a hole in a fence a cross a bike path , down a steep unpaved path with a stretch of broken steps, once you reach the gate there is another long staircase steep with rocks and debrie. On check in there were cobwebs and dead flies , only one bathroom with a broken toilet seat, no hot water. Don't expect to do any gourmet cooking or entertainment, no wine glasses mismatched silverware, a collection of one € fry pans , not a decent knife to cut with! BE SURE to make reservations before you leave , we could not get a reservation for a decent restaurant for two days . The manager was responsive and fixed the toilet seat and turned on the hot water , which took awhile because it was electric, after the first shower in the very small shower in the upstairs bathroom that can only be reached by an outside staircase, the water leaked through our living room ceiling, just missing my camera equipment. Manager was responsive and sent plumber which we had to baby sat for a day The TV is not cable or satellite and sometimes does not work. There is not a grain of sand on the beach of slippery rocks, very hard to get in and out of the water, the beach is not private, many people stolled by while we were there. The access to the beach is a long steep path lined with dead and dying vines. The heavy gate to the beach fell off on our next to last day. . If they lowered the price and offered it to young millennials who ordered pizza and drank it would be ideal!
