Welcome to Villa Taino as you walk up to our Beach property it will take your breath away, the views & Sunsets are amazing. Let the waves hit your feet & the Sand be your seat! This property has two villas that are rented out as one house. Top home has full kitchen, Living room & 1 bedroom with balcony with incredible views of the Ocean. Bottom Home has 4 bedroom , 2 Bathroom ,kitchen & living room plus outdoor patio. Both units have separate private entrances so it would be perfect for large families or groups. This would also be a great location for wedding with ceremony on the beach or family reunion. Please keep in mind this is our family home we are sharing with you. We want you to think of our home as your own , “Me Casa Es su Casa”. So please be respectful & clean.To minimize any kind of bugs such as ants ect. Clean up any food & wipe down counters or table.

This property is having many updates we’ve recently purchased it. We have so many ideas & plans coming soon for example. A Pool will be built , Outdoor shower & large Bed Hammock on beach and many landscaping upgrades!! So please be patient with us as we want you to have the most relaxing beach vacation. No smoking inside the house if you smoke outside please be kind enough to throw away your cigarette butts not on the ground. Parking is inside the gated property.
Old San Juan 1 hr away feels more like 45 min drive to get there.
