While this will not impact your stay or access to the home you may experience some noise from time to time. Construction should only be between Monday - Friday during normal daytime hours, however we cannot control the builders schedule.
We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless travelling with family.
**NOISE Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
