Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is good, 10 min walk to the very center part of the city. Hotel with it's own parking. Very friendly and helpful reception ladies, especially dragonfly tattoo lady :)

Negative: Unfortunately, we had issues with heating of building - only ground floor was warm, both top floors was very cold. We asked to change our rooms to warmed ones. This took some time as with first try we found out, that other rooms are also cold. Unfortunately, in my room I found pieces of shattered glass. Such things are making me doubt how clean are other rooms. We used wellness area, which is like built with good ideas, but, actually, also failing. In steam bath steam goes exactly to one of three sitting places, in the end it can be used only by two people at a time. The real classic sauna was out of order. As a substitute was offered infrared sauna, but infrared can't be counted as substitute, because suggested use is 20-30 minutes per day, meanwhile in regular sauna you can go and go. Salt room was good for chilling between sauna walks. Quiet poor breakfast. And breakfast area was also a bit too cold. Unfortunately, breakfast lady is not speaking English.
