4 Bedroom Cabin in Raetihi, Ohakune
Situated amongst 5 acres of parklike grounds, the Doctors Residence, is just 30 minutes from Turoa ski field, 45 minutes to Whakapapa. Our setting is private and peaceful yet within walking distance of shops and cafes. We are family friendly offering plenty of activities and entertainment for kids (big and small).
The outdoor entertainment area is perfect for enjoying a BBQ and drinks in the evening, or relax and unwind around the outside fire.
The Doctors Residence has an open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer (x2), oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots/pans and cooking utensils. The lounge has a 50” smart TV , DVD player and stereo, a fireplace (wood supplied) and a dining room table which seats twelve guests (we can provide highchairs upon request).
Four guest rooms can accommodate up to 10 people in the following room types:
1 x double room (one queen bed)
2 x double ensuite rooms (one queen bed with private bathroom)
1 x quad room (two sets of bunks)
Full bedding and towels are provided. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is a drying room for mountain/bush/river gear. During winter our building is centrally heated using safe water filled European radiators.
There is plenty of private off-street coach and car parking.
