The cozy and quietly located cottage "UWANKA" is surrounded by beautiful nature where you can watch birds very well. Lovingly and simply, but comfortably furnished with a fireplace, a bedroom with double bed, a living room with TV and a small kitchen, which offers a ceramic hob, a toaster as well as a coffee maker. The bathroom integrates a shower as well as a radiator heating and is separated from the kitchen by a curtain. In the guest toilet there is only cold water.
Outside you have a nice terrace in the garden and can relax wonderfully on the waterfront property directly on the Havel River. The use of the boat is free, for 10 ? a day you can rent a motor. A fishing license is required, fishing permits are available from the homeowners. The cottage is ideally suited for nature lovers, cycling and hiking enthusiasts, as well as guests seeking relaxation and tranquility. There are good bus connections to Potsdam. Here you can swim, fish, ride horses, play golf, go by boat and make various trips to Werder (Havel), Berlin or the surrounding area.
