117 Greens is a well-appointed, two-bedroom, non-smoking, Greens Villa located in Shipyard that comes with a BEACH LOCKER and BEACH CHAIRS. 117 Greens is one of the closest villas to the beach within the Greens and only a 5-minute walk or a short bike ride.
We have owned the villa for 22 years and have constantly updated and renovated it yearly. For 2025, the entire first floor was remodeled. We opened up the kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and appliances. The living room has new furniture and all new patio doors. For 2023, the 2nd floor was remodeled with new bathrooms, carpet and washer and dryer.
Many of our guests come back year after year. Our 100+ Five Star reviews say it all.
Two key features that aren't included in many other Greens Units are the BEACH LOCKER and the KEYLESS ENTRY system. No more lugging your stuff each day to the beach or trying to park. Bring it one time at the beginning of the week and avoid the parking hassle by riding the bikes or taking the golf cart shuttle which is steps from the front door. The locker is large enough to hold your beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys.
The villa has keyless entry and is privately managed. As result, you do not have to wait in long lines to register and pick-up keys; you can begin your vacation immediately when you get on the island. No more worrying about who has the key!
The kitchen is stocked with all necessary kitchen equipment even a giant stock pot to make a low country shrimp boil.
The living room features all wood flooring and new furniture and ROKU enabled smart TV. The living room sliding glass doors leads to a private deck with stunning view of the No. 6 Green of the Shipyard Galleon Golf Course. A full-size Weber grill is included.
Both bedrooms are on the second level, with the main bedroom having a view of the golf course. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, television, and has its own private bath with walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with two full beds, a ceiling fan, and has access to the hall bath on this level with a tub/shower combination. There is also a half bath on the main level. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the second floor.
The Greens is located across from the world-famous Van de Meer Shipyard Tennis Center and the Sonesta Beach Resort. The Greens is situated around beautiful fairways and manicured grounds. This townhome community is also only a short walk to golf, tennis, and provides easy access to the many bike trails in Shipyard. There is also a private gated pool in the community for the exclusive enjoyment of the Greens' guests.
Parking fees are $25/car at a limit of two per rental.
