The terrace is screened from the neighbor, so you can enjoy the sun and barbecue in peace. Nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. One bedroom is on the first floor and two rooms on the 1st floor. In the garden there is a large bonfire area where you can make stick bread and enjoy the cozy atmosphere by the fire.
