This beautiful villa in the Mullerthal, also known as the 'Little Luxembourg Switzerland', is located just 3 km from two routes of the beautiful Mullerthal Trail. Are you looking for peace, comfort and privacy for more people, then this luxury detached house in Christnach is for you. From the living room with flatscreen and docking station, fireplace (free wood), the spacious doors to the terrace, the lawn, the organic swimming pond, the covered terrace with barbecue and dining area, beautiful kitchen with induction stove and steam oven to the four very spacious bedrooms, all equipped with smart TV, private bathroom and the sauna, this comfort vacation home simply has it all. The ecological built villa is passive and uses solar panels for electricity and hot water and the rainwater is used for the toilets, washing machine etc. On the side of the house is the entrance to the hall with guest toilet. The living room and kitchen are on the first floor as well as one of the bedrooms. The other three bedrooms on the 2nd floor have views of the garden, a private sitting area and a private bathroom, one of which has its own sauna. The owner's private area is locked; he will not occupy it during your stay. He will, of course, welcome you.
Christnach is located in the Mullerthal and is ideal for hikers, cyclists / mountain bikers, rest seekers and golfers (Golf and Country Club Christnach). The villa in Christnach is about 25 minutes by car from the old fortified city of Luxembourg (Tip: take the bus, cheap, fast and comfortable.) and you drive in 40 minutes to the ancient Roman city of Trier.
