There is also a fully fenced grass area for the kids to play safely with a large trampoline and basketball ring. There is a separate formal courtyard with a large outdoor setting and BBQ.
The huge Master bedroom is located upstairs with a beautiful deck looking out to the pool area. This room contains a king size bed, with a fold out double bed and single trundle. It also has a TV and a full en-suite with free standing bath.
Downstairs hosts three generous sized bedrooms with some of the original period features of the home. Bedrooms 1 & 2 include a queen size bed, built in robes and views of the manicured gardens.
Bedroom 3 contains two generous king single beds and a single trundle bed. This room also has views of the gardens. Those travelling with children will appreciate the toys available to entertain young kids of various ages.
There is a fully functional modern kitchen located in the main hub of the house, with separate dining and living areas. The downstairs bathroom contains a large free standing bath which provides the perfect way to relax after enjoying all that Echuca has on offer.
