Summary: The location is great and I really like the apartment but the owner Barry is unprofessional. I had already reserved the apartment a few weeks before the trip but I called to ask him if there is a fee to cancel because I told him 2 of my friends might not make it and I was looking to stay at a smaller apartment. He went off on me. He was bashing my friends and telling them to man up and pay. Then he said it's non-refundable. Why is he bashing me and my friends if he knows it's non-refundable? He could of said that from the beginning. I know he was frustrated but he needs to work on his customer service. Anyways I would never rent any of his properties ever again. I just had to be nice to him otherwise he won't let us stay at his apartment. Don't waste your time and look elsewhere! You'll just get a headache working with this guy.
