A nice and fresh holiday home in a quiet cottage area with walking distance to the sea. The plot is generous and child-friendly. A guest house built in 2022 with both bathroom and kitchenette. Perfect for a family and close couples. Close to both Falkenberg and Varberg. The cottage is beautifully nestled and leafy in summer. From the entrance at the back of the cottage you enter the large cottage with an open, well-equipped kitchen. It features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV with free channels and a dining table. One bedroom has a double bed and one a single bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. The terrace is partly covered and has a dining table and barbecue. The annex, which is newly built, has a double bed, small dining area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In both houses there is broadband and free wifi. The back of the plot has several seats and a pleasant setting. There is also a trampoline for children. Nearby is Björkängs Camping, where is the public bathingbeachone. Here you have a small summer shop, kiosk, cafeteria, mini golf and paddle court. Beach volleyball nets are available on the beach and there is also a defined area especially for kitesurfing. Within easy reach you have Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor, restaurant, pizzeria, snack bar, mini golf and the very popular ice cream parlour Tre Toppar where people are happy to stand in line to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice beach. Varberg is a real summer city with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer city. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and is visible from afar. Take a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow us from the 1200s to our own time. If you go south, you will soon reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest is Varbergs Gk.
