On the heights of a Quercy village overlooking the meandering river Lot, in the heart of a peaceful hamlet, l'Orée des Cazelles is a family property consisting of 3 character gites dating from the 19th century. Here, you are first impressed by the panoramic view of the hills surrounding the property, then you are charmed by the authentic and natural character of the place! Outside, you will appreciate the private terraces with flowers, overlooking the heated and secured swimming pools and benefiting from a vast pool-house. Inside, we love the quality of the catering, the layout and the equipment, which give the whole place a warm atmosphere. And above all, we love the concept of staying at l'Orée des Cazelles in all seasons with 3 families or groups of friends, each with their own independence, in comfort, calm... for unforgettable moments of relaxation!The property consists of 3 independent lodgings (La Grange, La Remise, Le Fournil) which can accommodate up to 10 people (2 lodgings for 4 people and 1 lodging for 2). The 3 gites are rented together (complete domain) from 15 July to 15 August, so the swimming pools are private only during this period. Each one has its own entrance, a car park and private terrace and wifi access. The Grange and Remise flats are adjoining but not overlooked and are configured identically: 50m2 with a fully equipped living room/kitchenette on the ground floor, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds or 1 double bed), bathroom on the first floor. The Fournil accommodation (30m²) with a fully equipped living room/kitchenette on the ground floor, shower room + wc, and a bedroom on the mezzanine floor with a double bed. The 3 accommodations are around the 2 heated and fenced swimming pools + pool house (wc, shower, covered terrace). One pool measures 4mx8m and 1.5m deep, and the other pool 4mx3m with a depth on 2 levels: 0.25 and 0.75. The pools are open from 15 May to 1 October (depending on the weather) and heated from 1 June to 1 September.) The land is semi-enclosed by low walls and fences. The accommodation can be rented collectively (privately) individually and for long periods. The swimming pools are no longer private outside the period from 15/07 to 15/08 but are to be shared with the 2 other gites.
