Water levels are subject to change due to being controlled by TVA. May - October they are at full pool levels. During certain times of the year November-April, there is potentially no water at dock. These are also subject to change during major weather events.
Ceiling are lower and may not be best fitting for taller people. There is no door to bedroom due to ceiling heights living room is visible from bedroom.
Our home is located in a humid location right on the water, and while we maintain a clean and tidy space where a pest company comes every two weeks. You may encounter some common to Tennessee household insects from time to time. Ranging from Ant to Spiders to Cockroaches.
