Positive: Right, let’s get to it. The place? Decent. Clean, tidy, and the bathroom - brand spanking new. Looked like it just came out of a designer’s wet dream. Proper job. Now, the downside - walked in and got smacked in the face by a smell. Cooking, most likely. Someone’s been having a love affair with garlic, and it shows. Bit of a mood killer, that. But hey, parking? Always found a spot within 200 metres - no fuss. And the free laundry in the basement? Lovely touch. Like finding a fiver in your old jeans. All in all - not bad at all. Bit of a smell, but it’s got character.
