Positive: the location is quiet and nice like a retreat, it is what im looking for if you want to stay away from busy city life. theres a 24/7 familymart convenience store inside the building, a pleasant surprise.

Negative: the window frames and bed frames were dusty, they only clean where you can see it. the space beside the sink in bathroom had a lot of marks from previous users. also, the photos did not match the description of the rooms. for example, the studio with mountain view shows that the bathroom tub has mountain view, but actually, thats the premium room and you need to add extra 300RMB for that, the other rooms the toilet and bathtub is has no views. i realised they upload the same photos for all the room types with mountain view, which is a bit misleading.

Summary: Overall pleasant stay with nice views.
