The Alexander All Suite Oceanfront Resort is conveniently situated in the heart of Miami Beach, minutes away from world class dining and entertainment. The property is just South of Bal-Harbour and minutes north of South Beach, Lincoln Road, and the Miami Beach Convention Center. Lower level swimming pool with two Jacuzzis, Tiki Bar, Towel service, and direct access to the beach is open the second upper deck swimming pool is for adults only. The property also features a food and bar service provided by the Top of The Falls poolside bar and grill and a full service restaurant on the upper deck.
Guests also have access to on-site beauty salon, fitness center, poolside lounge chairs and towels.

There is a City of Miami Beach public parking lot to the North of our building. You can pay via an app during the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm. Parking in that lot is free after 6:00pm until 8:00am. Terms and fees may change without notice.
Check in time is at 4 PM and check out time is at 11 AM. We ask that you observe this strictly as it gives us only a few hours to get the suite ready for our next guest. Please contact owner for early check-in or late check-out requests (upon availability) for an additional fee.
Guests pay a $225.00 exit cleaning fee upon booking the reservation here on VRBO.
