The complex itself has 24/7 Manned Security, 2 adult pools, 1 children's pool, a heated jet jacuzzi, manicured green areas with children's playsets and gazebos, Tennis and Basketball courts, a full modern Fitness room, a Walking trail, private access to the Beach, etc.
This is a unit w/ all the Comforts of Home.
On the First Level you will find A Full Kitchen, complete with Dishes and Utensils, Pots and Pans, Stove with a Convection Oven, Refrigerator w/ filtered cold water and ice dispenser, Microwave, Blender, Coffee Maker, 4 slot Toaster, Laundry area w/ Washer and Dryer, Full Living room, Dining room (seats 6), Furnished Balcony, and Half Bathroom.
On the Second Level there are 3 Bedrooms, and 1 Full Guest Bathroom. The Master Suite has a beautiful Queen-size Canopy Bedroom set and a Full Private Bathroom.
There are 2 guest rooms.
The first Guestroom has a Full-size cherry wood sleigh Bed.
The other Guest Room has 1 stand alone Twin-size Bed and bunk beds with bottom Full size-bed and top twin size.
The 3rd level is the partially covered terrace.
There is one table and 4 chairs here if you decide to take in the sunshine and the fresh ocean air. A half bathroom is on this level.
The Rooms all have their own Wall to Wall Mirrored Closets. The unit is Fully Air-Conditioned for your comfort. Linens (Bath towels, Beach towels, Bed sheets, Comforters, all of fine quality Natural fibers and periodically replaced to ensure our guests' comfort ), 40 inch Smart T.V. w/ cable (Movie channels), 5 Discs Mini Stereo, D.V.D. Player, Alarm Clock Radios, Iron and Ironing Board, Ceiling fans in living area and Screened windows (in case you'd rather have the fresh air on a cool night). Unlimited, High-speed WIFI is included for your convenience.
*You will also find a limited supply of Paper goods (sanitary paper and paper towels) Hand soap in bathrooms, Laundry detergent and Dish soap as Welcome items. All you need to bring is groceries and your personal items.
**Kindly note the above rate is for up to 6 guests. Guest 7 will pay an additional 15. Per day
