3 Bedroom House in Hillside Beach, Victoria Beach
Relax with the whole family and friends! This 3 bedroom cabin is your perfect summer or winter getaway. Its close to all you need for great vacation or just for rest. The house equeiped with board game area and special children play area while adults relax! Steps from the beach with swimming, tanning, world renowned fishing, and ice fishing, the entire family is sure to have fun! Close to a full store and seasonal restaurant. Many miles of quad and snowmobile trails out your front door.
The space:
3 bedrooms (one bedroom with queen size bed and 2 standard pillows and body pillow, one room with bunk bed with another pull-out bed, 3 standard pillows and 3 twin size mattress; one bedroom with queen size bed and 2 standard pillows and body pillow – all beds include bedding.
One bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, include big towels (big towel for each guest. NOT for beach use), 3 hand towel and 1 floor mat, and 2 toilet paper.
Living room with firewood (bring your own wood), coach (can be open for double bad), 2 armchairs, small table.
Second Living room (behind the kitchen) has coach, TV and DVD (lots of movies), small table, board games, kids’ corner with toys.
Fully equipped kitchen: kettle, toaster, stove with oven (include Pargament and aluminum foil) pods, pans, dishes, glassware, microwave, utensils, cutting board, mixing bowls, can opener, wine opener, wine glasses, tea cups, first aid, candle for emergency. Provide 1 kitchen paper.
Outside there is a firepit (please check if there is fire ban or not before using it and bring your own wood, BBQ with propane and BBQ tools.
**COVID-19 Response:
I would like to inform all guests that I have stepped up my cleaning process and will be utilizing disinfectant to disinfect and clean all highly used surfaces including light switches, handles and much more. All of this is in addition to changing bedding, kitchen towels and mopping floors.
- Cleaning supplies under kitchen sink including the recycle bin.
Guest access
Access to the whole cabin and yard.15 minute walk to Hillside Beach or 4 minutes of driving. 7 minute drive to Albert Beach and 15 minute drive to Lester Beach. Nearby restaurants include: Hillside Beach Store & Eatery and Le Gouter. Saffies General Store is a 5 minute drive from the cabin. If you’re bringing your offroading vehicle (ATV/dune buggy/dirtbike) with you, take advantage of the endless forest trails this area has to offer.
Sauna use:
It’s your own risk and responsibility to use the sauna!!
Limit yourself to a maximum of 15 minutes. Do not smoke, exercise, eat or drink beverages in the sauna room. Leave the sauna immediately if you experience any nausea, dizziness, hot flashes, cold chills, headaches or other discomfort. Drink plenty of fluids before and after leaving the sauna.
Other things to note
Please treat the cabin as you would your own and make sure it is clean before you depart.
1) Guests are responsible for bringing/buying their own wood. The best place to buy firewood locally is Greg's Fresh Produce on Lakeshore Rd just south of Ironwood Point Rd. Also Saffies and Traverse Bay Corner. Hillside Beach store (Domo) and Saffies also sell firewood.
2) You must bring your own BEACH towels, bath towel provided.
3) The cabin is pet friendly, for small dogs. Please clean after them and they not allowed to go on beds and sofas.
4) There is no land line, satellite service or Wifi.
5) There is an outhouse behind the back sheds - you are welcome to use it but you and especially your children must be careful. I accept no liability for any problems with it. Ensure your children understand not to put anything (other than natural waste and TP) or anyone down the hole.
6) The septic tank lid at the yard is accessible but since the hole is large you must ensure your children understand they cannot be allowed to play with that lid. Falling in that hole is dangerous and likely makes for a crappy experience.
7) The DVD offer Karaoke and the speaker offer Bluetooth connectivity.
Before leaving the cabin please do a circle inside to check that you didn’t forget anything.

You understand that staying on our property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with walking, hiking and staying in our units. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may arise from walking, hiking and staying in our units. You understand there are potential dangers on being on this property for guests that have health issues, mobility issues or are intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur to either yourself or other guests on the property. If you are traveling with a pet, damage caused to the property or physical damage to other guests by said pet is your responsibility. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owners of Blue Lagoon cabin (Unona Gadimov Shulman) for accidents or claims arising from hiking, staying or any other activity conducted on this property. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
