Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The view of the glacier, the luxurious setting and the extremely friendly locals in the village of Mieders who made the holiday very pleasant. Also a great garden to let the dog run around and play without worrying about him escaping as everything was well fenced.
Negative: Kitchen lacked some basic utensils for cooking (e.g. pasta server), table and sofa inside didn't have much space for 6 people, even though there are enough beds for 6. This was fine for us considering it was summer and outside had plenty of space but if we were forced to stay inside due to the weather, it would've been difficult. The garage would've been fine for regular cars but having a taller campervan meant we had to be very careful with fitting it in without hitting the ceiling. For that reason, the second campervan had to park down in the village centre (5 min steep walk away). Obviously, this isn't the owner's fault but just a bit of information for future guests who travel with a campervan.
Summary: Beautiful place to stay, relaxing location, lovely village and a fantastic experience!
