You can park directly at the chalet (in winter you can leave your car, if there is enough snow there is a ski-in/ski-out option).
The Turracher Höhe is located 50 km northeast of Spittal an der Drau, at an altitude of 1763 m. On one side of the pass are the wild, green mountain panoramas of rural Styria, while on the other side, in Carinthia, you can enjoy the entertainment and warmth in the southern lake district of Austria. Excursions to Lake Millstättersee or Lake Ossiachersee are also among the options.
