Or simply breath in the fresh ocean air and relish the fabulous perfect sunny weather and laid back attitude that Southern California is famous for. There are great restaurants within walking distance and "The Strand" sidewalk that runs north and south for 26 miles along the beach. If you like to be active, you won't need a car.
Our cozy property was built in 1932, purchased in 2002 and is very well maintained. We've managed to keep all the charming elements of an older property while remodeling the essentials over the past 2 decades. The kitchen includes every major appliance except a dishwasher (fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, etc.) and is fully stocked with everything you'll need to create a fantastic meal (dishes, glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.). The living room includes a cozy sectional couch in front of a 55" Smart HDTV. Watch over 100+ cable stations or stream your favorite shows on Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, etc. Remote workers can setup devices at the laptop workstation and access Verizon FIOS high speed WiFi. A color printer/scanner is also available. There's a luxurious Tempurpedic queen mattress in the bedroom with plush pillows and high end linens. A full size bedroom closet with built in organizer includes plenty of hangers for personal belongings. French doors in the bedroom lead out to a cozy deck with an outdoor dining area. The floors are hardwood and tile throughout. The bathroom was recently remodeled and includes a walk-in shower with removable shower head, floating sink, toilet, plush bath towels and beach towels.
If you need to park a car, there is 1 dedicated parking spot in the driveway.
