Positive: If you are travelling with a toddler, I will recommend this place for you. Location is great, 5min drive to Nami Island. The futon bed is big and comfortable. The unit is clean. If you don't speak Korean, get your google translate ready when you arrived at the location because they don't speak english. This 5storey pension villa has no elevator. We stayed in the 5th floor, so it was a bit of a struggle, especially if you have luggage. This is my first time staying in a pension airbnb type so I'm not sure if it's normal, they don't have complimentary tea/coffee or bottled water. So if you are a tea/coffee drinker in the morning, better bring your own. You will also do the trash segregation, food waste goes to the food waste bucket, and etc. To sum up all, we loved our night stay here and would like to comeback.

Negative: I should have requested first or second floor because we have luggage. a toddler and a child.
