The split-level home features breezy open plan living and dining, providing a holiday resort feel. The private patio is complete with a BBQ ready for outdoor dining.
Immediately, you'll feel relaxed and like you’re in a tropical resort.
After a day at the beach, walking the famous Bondi to Coogee coastal walk or discovering the many nearby Sydney sights, enjoy some quiet time chatting, reading your book in the hanging chair or watching TV in the cosy lounge room. With air ducted air conditioning throughout the ground level and split air conditioning in the main bedroom.

Bedroom 1 - Parents Retreat - The main bedroom upstairs has a queen four poster bed. Private ensuite bathroom with a shower, a bath and toilet and also a walk-in wardrobe. You also have an outdoor shower on the balcony with privacy screen. The bedroom has split air conditioning and also a ceiling fan. Should you need to catch up on some work or need your own space there is a desk with comfy chair in a your own private nook outside the bedroom should you need to catch up on some work.
This architecturally designed space gives ocean views whilst enjoying breakfast in bed or a coffee on the wrap around balcony which includes a foliage screened outside shower.
As the bedroom has retractable insect screens, in the evening, if you want. you can drift off to the sounds of the ocean.
Bedroom 2 - A comfortable bedroom that ensures a restful sleep with a lovely queen size bed. For a bit of timeout or catching up on the news this room also has a smart TV.

- The garage is located at the back of the property and a pathway up to the house, there is an additional bathroom to wash off any sandy items before entering the house and great for the kids. The front of the property also has free unrestricted parking and is a lovely cul-de-sac
