Summary: Staff was very friendly. Views from the room, restaurant, and infinity pool were amazing, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. However, the shower only had hot water for 5-10 minutes. The trolley to the river was broke, so we walked up and down 180 steps every time we went to the river and hiking trails. At the river, there was no staff to assist with launching the kayaks. Overall, hotel provides a great experience. Just be prepared to climb alot of steps and bring plenty of mosquitoe repellant. You'll also need to bring your own screens if you want to watch tv.
