This beautiful country homestead established on 22 acres sits in a prominent location with commanding views over South Gippsland. The home is brick veneer, has been well designed with magnificent exposed Oregon beams and 3 large bay windows capturing the warmth and light from the north. Consisting of 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom looks out to the garden courtyard and is complete with an en suite luxurious spa bath. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed (and cot available on request). The third bedroom has 4 x adult size and mattress quality bunk beds. (we also have 2 x blow up double mattresses available on request) The living areas comprise a formal lounge and dining area. The fully equipped timber kitchen has been designed to take in the fantastic views. It is well appointed with a double multi-function electric oven, LPG cook top, open grill and a large pantry, the handmade tiles give this kitchen a unique touch. The kitchen overlooks the meals / family room, the magnificent open fire built with stone sourced from the Maldon area is without doubt a special feature of this home. The games room sliding doors open to the outdoor entertaining area providing a natural flow from inside to out. Heating the homestead is via the open fire, 3 x electric bedrooms heaters and 2 portable LPG heaters. There is a substantial pool table, a kids cubby house and large gas Weber bbq.

The night sky is simply jaw dropping! Bring a picnic rug and spend the evening star gazing!
The farm is in a central location with short drives (10 minutes) to both Leongatha or Korumburra, 30 minutes to Inverloch and only 1.5 hours from Melbourne CBD.
