Our cozy two-bedroom cottage is in a private and secluded garden setting, but with easy access to local attractions in nearby towns of Kilkenny and Waterford. The guest cottage is part of a farmhouse complex that has been carefully restored with hand-crafted woodwork and natural stone throughout. It is clean and comfortable.
The cottage contains two double bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting room and one bathroom. The farm buildings surround a courtyard which features a landscaped patio with flower garden. There is also a large open, walled garden with lawn that is a great play area for kids and pets. The cottage has its own driveway and parking. There is a small patio outside the sitting room. The cottage has a small fireplace and central heating. All bed clothes and towels are included. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is in an adjacent building.

Kilkenny hosts several festivals over the summer months including the Kilkenny Arts Festival in August and the Cat’s Laugh comedy festival in June. The Viking city of Waterford, a short 30-minute drive away by motorway, is also a lively spot with plenty to do and see.
