This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house located in Bethany West is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on a wooded lot. Just an easy bike ride to downtown Bethany or take the 25 cent trolley which stops nearby every half hour. There are two community swimming pools, tennis courts, and a clubhouse with many activities! The house offers an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and family room with a sky-lit, vaulted ceiling. Enjoy a morning coffee and evening dinner on the screened porch. The first-floor master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Travel up a spiral staircase to the loft/balcony and 2nd-floor bedrooms. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with two twin beds, another with one full-size bed. The rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. Had a long day playing in the sand? Rinse off in the private outside shower stall. Friendly neighborhood, convenient to everything Bethany has to offer. One parking pass for the town of Bethany (for posted residential streets - not meters) is provided and access to the trolley is located throughout the neighborhood. Off-street parking for 6 cars and charcoal grill for your dining pleasure.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
